Material of Construction :

A) Up to 150 NB, PTFE white liner meets standard resin specifications ASTM D-1457, ASTM D-4994 & 95 Type II for pipes and elbows. ASTM D-2116 & D-3307 Type III and Type II and ASTM D-1457, ASTM D-4994 & 95. By standard resin specifications, pipes & elbows of size 200 & above will be supplied in FEP, PFA, or PTFE.

B) ASTM-A-106 Gr, B Sch 40 seamless carbon steel pipes.
C) Ductile Cast Iron confirmed to be ASTM A-395 or S.G. Iron confirmed to be ASTM A-536 (60-40-18)
D) MS PTFE Lined Pipes are supplied with a loose flange and a fixed flange, as well as elbows with fixed flanges. Flanges conform to ASTM A 105 Gr. B or IS 2062.

Dimensional Standards Of Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene Lined Pipe:

A) All dimensions are in mm otherwise specified.

B) Pipes conform to ANSI B-36.10
C) Elbows conform to ANSI B-16.9
D) The dimensions of the flanges follow ANSI B-16.5 # 150. Other standards, such as DIN, JIS, and BS, can also be provided according to customer needs.

E)Contact GTPL for the Length & type of liner material.
F) Liner thickness on the raised face will be 20% lower than specified above

Material of Construction :

A) Up to 150 NB, PTFE white liner meets standard resin specifications ASTM D-1457, ASTM D-4994 & 95 Type II for pipes and elbows. ASTM D-2116 & D-3307 Type III and Type II and ASTM D-1457, ASTM D-4994 & 95. By standard resin specifications, pipes & elbows of size 200 & above will be supplied in FEP, PFA, or PTFE.
B) Carbon Steel Seamless Pipes as per ASTM-A-106 Gr, B Sch 40.
C) For elbows, Ductile Cast Iron meets ASTM A-395 or S.G. Iron meets ASTM A-536 (60-40-18).
D) MS PTFE Lined Pipes are supplied with a loose flange and a fixed flange, as well as elbows with fixed flanges. Flanges conform to ASTM A 105 Gr. B or IS 2062.
E) A vent hole pair is provided in each pipe & Elbow.
F) Pipes & Elbows can be supplied in SS per individual customers’ requirements.
