A179 Tube is the standard specification for tubular heat exchangers, condensers, and similar heat transfer apparatus, which specifies minimum wall thickness and seamless cold-drawn low-carbon steel tubes. To manufacture the SA 179 tubes, a seamless process must be followed and cold drawn. An analysis must assess steel materials’ heat and product compositions to ensure they have the correct chemical designs of carbon, manganese, phosphorus, and sulfur.

A seamless tube from ASTM SA 179 is available in many different types, such as seamless, cold brew, hot drew, etc. This tube has the same grades and standards as ASTM A179 and A179M. Custom-made sizes, diameters, and thicknesses can be ordered for this tube product. Our company offers a wide range of tubes with durability, sturdiness, high strength, longer service life, and more. They are available in both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, and they are available in a variety of forms. Surface coatings on these A179 tubes include black, oiled, phosphate, and bright polishing.

Detailed Information:

The RatnaExports.com website is a leading supplier and manufacturer of T22 boiler tubes, offering various products in different shapes, sizes, and types, all available at very competitive prices. A T22 Boiler Tube is a high-temperature tolerance tube used in corrosive and acidic environments, such as hydrochloric processing and aluminum chloride catalyst application. ASTM A213 and A691 specifications specify seamless, EFW, and fabricated types with excellent resistance to strong-inducing agents. There are types of material available. As far as the standards are concerned, they are ASTM, ASME, and API standards.

Among the T22 Tube Materials are low carbon, less than 0.15%, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, molybdenum, and a high concentration of manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, and molybdenum. It has a maximum hardness of 163 HB, a minimum yield strength of 205MPa, and a minimum tensile strength of 415MPa. It is possible to weld the SA213 T22 Tube using most conventional methods. It is necessary to post-weld heat treatment of the tube, mostly annealing.

A T22 stainless steel pipe comprises chromium, carbon, potassium, molybdenum, sulfur, and silicon. It has a composition made up of these elements. The SA 213 T22 Tube is composed of chromium, carbon, potassium, molybdenum, sulfur, and silicon in its design. Excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance properties characterize this stainless steel tube. This ASTM A213 T22 Seamless Tube with superior mechanical and tensile strength. It has minimum yield strength and minimum tensile strength.

IBR Certified ASME SA213 T22 Seamless Tubing has a maximum hardness of 85 Rockwell and is readily elongated by 30%. Designed with high levels of tenancy, this tube is highly durable. Pipes made from these materials are very durable and easy to maintain. The SA213 T22 is widely used in oil and gas refineries, chemical and petrochemical industries, water transportation, boilers, and heaters.

Suitable for many high-temperature applications such as boilers, heat exchangers, superheater elements, heat exchangers, and petroleum refineries, the SA213 T22 Boiler Tube is ideal for high-temperature applications. According to the specifications or the options of the customer, we can conduct the material testing for Tuberia T22, i.e., Tuberia T22 (as it is known in Spanish) that involves hardness testing, chemical analysis, flaring testing, mechanical testing, and any other necessary tests that need to be carried out.

Alloy Steel SA 213 T22 Round Tube is excellent mechanical properties. It has a low alloy of ferritic steel content of less than 5% of its material. Small Bore Tubes of this alloy are available in sizes from 3/4 mm up to 2 mm. Low Alloy A213 T22 Large Diameter Tubes are available in various sizes, mainly for hazardous and inaccessible environments. They can be purchased as singles, doubles, or cut lengths. The tubes can be open with plain, threaded, or beveled ends. In addition to being easy to clean, these tubes require minimal maintenance and are easy to maintain. IBR Approved SA213T22 High-Pressure Tubes are manufactured by the requirements in the Indian Boiler Regulations. They are produced with all the necessary pressure, dimensions, and grades in mind.

SA210 Gr A1 Condenser Tube And ASTM A210 Gr A1 Steam Boiler Pipe Supplier Specification Chart Accordance To ANSI/ ASME B36.10m in India

Supplier & Stockist of SA 210 A1 Finned Boiler Tube And SA210 Cold-Drawn Tube, Check Seamless/ Welded A210 A1 Shell And Tube Heat Exchanger Schedules, Size

Detailed Information:

This iron grade is a ferritic material used for high-pressure and high-temperature systems. It comprises a mixture of 0.27% carbon, 0.93% manganese, 0.10% silicon, 0.035% phosphorous, and sulfur. The SA210 A1 A boiler tube shall consist of 0.27% carbon, 0.93% manganese, 0.10 % silicon, and 0.035 % sulfur. The tensile strength of the tube is a minimum of 415 Mpa, while the yield strength is a minimum of 215 Mpa. These tubes can be readily elongated by 30% and possess 79 HRB maximum hardness. The ASME SA 210 Seamless Boiler Tube is produced without welds or joints. These tubes are robust and can withstand high pressures of up to 160 bar.

This ASTM A210 Grade A1 Superheater Tube resists and performs well in extreme temperatures up to 550 degrees C. This tube has a long life and Doesn’t easily deform or dissociate. There are several applications for this SA210 Tube, including oil and gas refineries, water supply systems, sewage treatment, agricultural equipment, petrochemicals, paper industries, etc. We are the leading provider of SA210 tubes. Our goal is to provide high-quality products at the most affordable possible prices.

There is a good concentration of carbon in carbon steel SA 210 Gr A1 Boiler Pipe. As well as being inexpensive, these pipes are highly corrosion and oxidation resistant. These pipes are readily available and can be welded together or formed seamlessly. The outer diameter of the SA 210 Gr A1 Carbon Steel Boiler Tubing varies from 3/4 OD to 20 OD. They can create by welding or seamless methods.

Compared to hot water and thermal oil systems, the ASTM A210 gr A1 Steam Boiler Pipe requires a lower mass flow rate to transfer the same heat.

Steam Boiler Tubes ASTM A210 have minimum wall thicknesses of 0.8mm and maximum wall thicknesses of 15mm and are available in painted, oil-coated, galvanized, or annealed finishes. The SA 210 A1 Finned Boiler Tube increases heat within boiler systems. Tubes of this type are highly reliable and can function effectively under controlled conditions. The SA210 A1 Bent Boiler Tubes help to deliver drier steam in industrial boilers.

A medium-carbon steel SA210 Grade A1 Finned Tube contains a carbon concentration between 0.30% and 0.60%, which increases contraction and free expansion spaces within their respective systems. They are pliable and challenging, but they have little hardenability. Liquids and gases can reach 15 psi when stored at high temperatures.

The SA210 Seamless Carbon Steel Tubes are obtainable in a wide range of schedules between SCH 40 to SCH 160 and SCH XXS. Our products, including the SA210 Seamless Carbon Steel Tubes, can easily be customized in the shape and size you require.

We manufacture the SA 210 Grade A1 Heat Exchanger Tube in nominal lengths of 1/2NB to 36NB. Tubes are made according to a standard ASTM, ASME, or API. This SA 210 Gr A1 Finned Tube Heat Exchanger is strong and will transfer heat effectively from hot to cold fluids without deforming or damaging the tubes. As the most commonly used tube in many oil refineries and chemical plants, the Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger A210 A1 is a standard tube many companies use.

The SA210A1 U Tube Heat Exchanger is a space-saving high thermal conductivity system. In high-pressure systems, these tubes are often preferred and available in many sizes and shapes. They can be manufactured in a variety of sizes and conditions as well. They are available in lengths ranging from 5000 to 16000 mm. The SA210 steel Straight Tube Heat Exchanger is very compact and has a low-pressure loss. Besides being corrosion resistant, the SA210 steel Straight Tube Heat Exchangers can also pass through contaminated and degraded media.

Many thermal stations use SA210 Gr A1 Condenser Tubes to cool exhaust systems and turbines. They are available with plain, threaded, or beveled tubing ends. SA 210 Gr C Shell and Tube Condensers are very flexible and able to withstand high pressures. These tubes are dimensionally accurate and can withstand various pressures and temperatures. In producing all the products of this grade, we use the best SA210 materials and the latest technology.

Detailed Information:

The Ratnaexports.com company manufactures and develops ASTM A213 11 tubes. SA213 T11 boiler tube is ideal for use in pressure-bearing plants with temperatures up to 1,000°C because of its hot strength properties. In addition to its excellent fabrication characteristics, it is suitable for constructing high-temperature boiler plants.

One of the most important properties of materials used to construct pressure vessels and power stations is their excellent creep rupture strength. Recent developments in the fabrication of T11 boiler tubes play an essential role in the operating conditions of the newly constructed power stations. By using heat-resistant high alloy steels, it is possible to obtain highly improved supercritical steam characteristics. It is important to note that A213 T11 tubing not only increases the material efficiency but also reduces the materials’ volume, which results in positive economic benefits in the long run.

Moreover, the more severe temperatures that force combustion emissions to rise, the more effective and productive SA213 T11 tubing does become. I have found it to be excellent for preventing gas explosions when used to repair transmission lines.

Several SA213 T11 materials can be worked at temperatures exceeding 550°C. It is possible to verify the properties of the ASTM A213 T11 Tube material for pressure vessel fabrication by the long-term strength values and design characteristics that can be determined from creep tests conducted over up to 200,000 hours.

There is a connection between corrosion and oxidation of the inner and outer surfaces of the A213 gr T11 Seamless tube, and a technique has been developed to safeguard expensive alloying elements, as well as make enough chromium available to provide improved oxidation behavior at the outer tube surface, as well as to protect costly alloying elements. Although the loads that act on ASME SA213 Grade T11 Tubes in heat-resistant materials are diverse, they can be determined by estimation. They can be managed by using the right chemical elements and the correct design of the tubes.

Although it has been established that outside effects are unpredictable during plant service life, they cannot be predicted during design and planning. These effects are primarily the result of the actual working conditions to which the Alloy Steel T11 Seamless Tubing is exposed. The majority of these effects are related to corrosion at high temperatures. With sufficient excess air in the combustion chamber, heat-resistant austenitic steels generally provide excellent resistance to combustion gases (within the limits of the acceptable temperature range).

A213 T11 Hot Finished Tube is rolled or drawn in hot conditions at temperatures exceeding 2000 degrees Celsius. As a result, these tubes have excellent flanges and bending properties and are available in sizes up to 22.5 meters. A cold rolling process is performed after the hot rolling process has been completed. In this process, tubes are enhanced with the desired properties and finish to optimize their ability to function in their respective applications. The UNS K11597 T11 Boiler Tube can be produced by hot and cold rolling processes.

It is important to note that the tubes are produced with enhanced strength and mechanical properties, unlike the austenitic grades 316 and 304. Fin fins are installed on the EN 10216-2 10CrMo5-5 Boiler Fin Tubes, increasing the area where heat can be transferred. Besides being easy to maintain, the tubes can withstand extreme temperatures for extended periods.

Several surface finishes for SA 213 T11 Heat Exchanger Tubes include FPE, oil, varnish, concrete coating, and galvanized. It gives the tube extra protection in various corrosive environments. 1.7338 Furnace Tubes are available in pipe sizes from 1/8 OD to 5 OD, and custom sizes are available upon request. In addition to the SA213 T11 Superheater Tubes, we can customize all of our products to fit your exact requirements, including chemical composition, shape, and size.
