Detailed Information:

We at Ratnaexports.com are a leading manufacturer, distributor, and exporter of APH Tubes manufactured with premium-grade raw materials procured from qualified suppliers. It uses advanced technology equipment and the latest international and national quality standards. We offer a variety of sizes, types, dimensions, and thicknesses of our APH Tubes to our clients at the most competitive prices, in addition to customized specifications according to the specific needs of our clients and their needs requirements.

Its function is to reduce the amount of usable heat lost from the boiler’s flue gas by recovering it and to make the boiler more thermally efficient by maximizing the amount of heat recovered from the flue gas. This heat exchanger uses shell and tube tubes to preheat the air fed into the boiler or furnace/kiln during combustion. To extract waste heat from the flue gases leaving the boiler, APHs serve a primary purpose. Other Requirements for APH Tubes include tensile strength, yield strength, hardness, and elongation.

The APH ERW tubes are either hot-rolled or cold-drawn tubes with welded or seamless ends. The size and rate of APH ERW tubes depend on the fuel type, temperature, pressure, and amount of steam required. The boiler design and the kind of steam it generates determine the size and rate of tubes.

Our APH ERW tubes have many applications, including manufacturing boilers in power plants and processing plants, such as chemical, sugar, power plant, steel, cooling towers, superheaters, paper industries, air heaters, heat exchangers, etc. We use our ERW tubes to manufacture these boilers; Product usage is high because of ours.

We place a high level of emphasis on quality testing and making sure that our products meet or exceed all of the industry’s high standards, meet and exceed these standards, and meet and surpass all of these standards. To test our APH Tubes, we must conduct several tests, such as PMI, raw material, corrosion, pitting resistance, flaring/flattening, third-party inspections, etc.

Air pre-heaters are shell-and-tube heat exchangers that heat the air before it enters a boiler—furnace, or kiln. An air preheater usually absorbs thermal energy from the flue gases from a boiler.

To maintain the highest level of quality, Ratnaexporters.com manufactures the APH Tubes using premium raw materials that are procured from reliable suppliers to ensure the highest level of performance. The tubes manufactured by us follow the highest standards of quality that adhere to national and international standards, using state-of-the-art equipment that complies with the highest standards in the industry. To satisfy our customers’ needs, we offer a variety of shapes, widths, thicknesses, and customization options available for our APH Tubes to meet our customers’ needs at the most affordable prices that can be offered on the market.

With the help of the air preheater, the boiler can increase its thermal efficiency by reducing the amount of usable heat lost in the flue gas and recovering heat from it. Air preheaters (APH) are shell and tube heat exchangers used to pre-heat the air supplied to boilers, furnaces, and kilns to ignite the fuel. Their primary objective is to recover the waste heat generated by the combustion of flue gases that are leaving the boiler. The requirements for elongation, hardness, yield strength, and tensile strength of APH tubes must also be met.

In addition to UPH tubes offering hot-rolled or cold-drawn shapes with welded or seamless ends, APH ERW tubes have diameters between 5 mm and 38 mm. The size and quality of APH ERW tubes depend on the boiler design, which determines fuel type, temperature, pressure settings, and steam volume.

As a result of our extensive experience in the production and maintenance of boilers, we are frequently asked to supply our ERW Tubes to some industries, including chemical, sugar, power, steel, cooling towers, superheaters, paper, and air heater corporations, and our tubes are also used in power plants and process factories.

Also, we prioritize product testing to ensure that our products meet or exceed industry requirements regarding quality. We conduct third-party inspections, PMI tests, raw material tests, corrosion testing, pitting resistance testing, flaring/flattening tests, and many other reviews on our APH Tubes.

Boiler APH Tubes Material Features

  • A corrosion-resistant material
  • A highly durable material
  • Free of leaks
  • Resistant to heat

Types Of APH Tubes

  • Single pass air pre-heaters of the shell and tube type
  • Dual-pass air pre-heaters of the shell and tube type
  • Pre-heaters for Finned Tubes

Working Of APH Tubes

When flue gases come into indirect contact with the air in an air preheater, which has a shell-and-tube design, the exhaust heat from the flue gases is transferred to the air as soon as they come into indirect contact.

The air preheater consists of a shell with various tubes arranged in a square or triangular configuration and welded to a tube plate. Pipestyles are different depending on the type of operation and the ease of cleaning, so flue gases may either enter the shell side or air may join the tube side.

By providing an increased surface area for the air heating coil, Hermodyne Boilers’ finned tube air preheaters improve efficiency and have a smaller footprint without requiring more space.

Depending on the customer’s specifications, Thermodyne Engineering Systems can manufacture a custom air preheater to meet their needs.

To maximize the amount of heat extracted from flue gases, our Air Preheaters are constructed in 1 and 2-pass designs.

A wide range of air pre-heaters is available from Thermodyne Boilers to meet a variety of fuel requirements, including:

  • Wood

  • Coal

  • Husk

  • Bagasse

  • Petcoke

  • Light Oil and Heavy Oil

APH Tubes Pros:

  • To capture the maximum amount of waste heat from the flue gases leaving the boiler, a two-pass design is used to convey waste heat from the flue gases leaving the boiler.
  •  Basically, it uses waste heat from the flue gases emitted from the boiler to generate electricity, significantly improving the boiler’s efficiency by 2% to 3%.
  • The boiler’s efficiency increases due to the warming of the fuel.
  • Payback time is shorter.

APH Tubes Cons:

  • There is a decrease in flue gas pressure caused by the addition of equipment or accessories that will increase the size of the induced draught fan as the pressure in the flue decreases.
